Large wrought iron set of door furniture. 2 Handles, 3 decorative hinges and 2 escutcheons. Recent black hammerite finish. Condition is very good. Approx. sizes: Handles 12 inches (30cm), Hinges 17 inches (43cm)
Small and pretty bakelite/paralite pot with applied pewter detailing to top of a moth or possibly a butterfly and a green glass cabochon. Screw fitting lid with minor chipping to top inner edge of the thread. Impressed 'paralite' to base. Approx. size 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) wide x 1.75 inches (4.5cm) high.
Nouveau silver plated with a highly stylised image of a maiden with long whiplash flowing hair. Hand mirror has its original bevelled mirror. WMF makers marking to both pieces. Illustrated in the 1906 WMF catalogue on page 290. Design number 90. Condition is good, but both pieces do have ware to original silver plating. There is a dent to the hair brush, bristles are good. Mirror has some scratches and foxing. Approx. sizes: Mirror 11 inches (27cm), Brush 9.5 inches (24cm).
Wonderful square mirror with prolific animal detailing to rim. I believe the animal relief detailing to be gesso which has been coloured and varnished which makes it look like ceramic panels. Very unusual. The black frame has been re-ebonized with an added later inner trim holding glass. Mirror glass in a replacement. Condition is good. Approx. size 16 inches (40cm) square.
Large brooch with rose detailing and polished green agate to centre. Silver mark '800' to rim. Condition is wonderful. Approx. size 55cm x 45cm.
Large pretty pewter brooch with a mottled blue cabochon to centre. Approx. size 6 cm wide. Condition is good.
Large contemporary metal brooch with the image of a Mucha style maidens head surrounded by foliage. Safety clasp to rear. Condition is good and new. Approx. size 5.5cm
Very large brooch with Iris and whiplash detailing. Safety clasp to rear. Approx. size 5.5cm high. Condition is good and new.
